The breakfast was hearty, had a lot of food. Also, location was exceptionally nice, within a close distance from Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall. Plus, it was adjacent to the garden, the big square and restaurants, bars in a safe area.

Location: the hotel was so close to shops, beaches and a variety of restaurants of all kinds as well as the big square. The breakfast was hearty, with a wide range of different options. The workers were very friendly.

We had 16 very nice days here, would recomand the place. The breakfast was savoury and hearty with variety of meals. The hotel had a central position not far from very close to the 5th avenue, the nice gardens and shops, beaches and a variety of restaurants of all kinds.

new-fashioned, tidy room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. great and fantastic location in the really quiet area, right by the colectivo terminal and ado station, the many restaurants, and restaurants, bars in a safe area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. The rooms were clean and modern, offering great value for money. The rooftop pool, bar, and spa area were absolutely awesome. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

Location: the hotel was just off restaurants of all kinds, very close to the 5th avenue and shops, beaches and a variety of restaurants of all kinds. I liked the room - spotless and nicely furnished. Though some of the staff were very unhelpful, I had a very relaxing stay.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and center. The rooftop swimming pool was a great facility, open till 10:45 PM. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The cappuccino machine was a nice addition for specialty coffee lovers.

Thank you for an excellent stay. Ideal hotel, lovely views and location is favourable next to the city life and the center of Playa del Carmen. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast is savoury.

This hotel had an amazing location, right next to the beach and just a short walk away from the main areas. The rooms were spacious, with big beds and even four-poster king-size beds on the balcony. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always going the extra mile. The breakfast was a highlight, with live music adding to the enjoyable dining experience.
